Bugs in Deluge 0.5.7

My system: Windows XP SP2
Bugs
* Deluge crashes when you try to open a file that contains non-ascii characters.
* If the file name in the torrent file contains non-ascii characters then it is correctly displayed but is incorrectly saved to disk.
* It's impossible to scroll the window using the mouse wheel.

Deluge 0.5.7 crashes at random points in time, when reloading it rehashes 90% of the time all the torrents contained. Version 0.5.6.2 didn't display this behavior and until this gets fixed that's the version I'll be running.
