Deluge
Without asking me the program sets the language to Swedish. Why?
Deluge seems to set the language based on the language set in "Standards and format settings". That's kinda strange. So just because I don't want am/pm on time it sets the language to Swedish.
Why not look at the "Location" setting instead?
Or simply let people choose the language.
The only option to get English menus but without having "Standards and format settings" set to English is to delete the Swedish translation in locale. It's a bit strange way to set the language in a program.
