UPnP not working consistantly

I just installed Deluge 0.5.6.2 (31 October 2007) and sometimes it doesn't forward the ports. Sometimes it forwards them just fine, but then the next time it won't. It does it at random basically. Also, when deluge does forward the ports properly it won't remove them when closing down the program. I'm have a Linksys WRT54GL using Tomato's firmware 1.11. Glad you guys ported it to windows
