Port Problem

Hey all, got a bit of a conundrum for you. My college firewall allows me to download torrents but not to seed them. Since so many torrent sites these days require you to maintain a certain ratio, this presents a bit of an issue. Is there any way I can seed torrents, through my current setup, via proxies or through an HTTP torrent client like TorrentFlux. I appreciate your input, thanks in advance
