Can't access WebbUI

Hi,
I have installed deluge on my server and everything works greate but I can't access the WebbUI I have installed the plugin and I have made sure to activate it.
I have restarted the server etc.
My server runs Windows Server 2016 and I'm trying to access it trough the local lan, http://192.168.1.2:8112 but It don't work.
Can someone help me, please?
