Odd error just popped up

I wasn't even specifically interacting with Deluge it was down in the tray.. & I got this..

Wasn't even recently started or anything.. nothing changed.. no files added or removed from downloads..

Oh & I know everybody is going to be quick to try to be like "install vc++ redist xxx"

I have similar problem and I just removed all Microsoft Visual And Install 2008 version. I don't know why, but the problem starts for me after installing the newest version of Microsoft Visual C++. Try it I hope it will help you as well.Good luck
