"No incoming connections", but works fine on other device

Since a few days ago, I can't download or upload anything using torrents. I tried different programs like Vuze and μTorrent, but they don't work either. If I test the active port in Deluge, I get this orange warning sign with exclamation mark. However, I can download just fine using another device in the same network (tried on Android through WiFi), so the problem must be with my PC rather than the router settings or ISP. Uninstalling Windows updates from the past week didn't help, and I haven't installed any new software recently.

Is the port you're trying to use already forwarded to the Android device? Make sure the port is forwarded to your PC's IP.

Is it possible you're using DHCP for LAN and your local IP has changed?
