Help with moving torrent from one install to another

Hi!
I have 2 computers which have been running Deluge. Now I want to move all the torrents from of the computer to the other installation (which also have torrents).
I've tried to manually move the files from the old install to the new. And then add the torrent from the state folder to the new install. I tried to add them in paused, and hope if I did a recheck it would pick it up, but no.
Any suggestions on how to fix it?
