Hi,
"Test Active Port" turn negative (an exclamation mark in yellow triangle).
Upnp is active both in Deluge and in my router.
Chose a specific port (within the range wriiten in the faq) for Deluge to use both to outgoing and incoming and opened this port in the router.
Added exeption in Windows firewall.
I think the problem started back when i upgraded to the last version. (tried to downgrade but it didn't solve the problem)

If you don't know what a proxy or VPN are, you can't possibly be using one.
