WebUI connections from outside server fail since disabling Classic mode

I recently switched from classic mode to thinclient mode on my Deluge server. I set up both Deluge and Deluge-web as a service, per the instructions here: http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/User ... MS_Windows
Now, I can't connect to WebUI from outside the server (even on computers in the local network). It works fine from the server itself.
I tried forwarding the ports (even though this wasn't required when I was in classic mode), but that didn't help. "Allow remote connections" is enabled in the Daemon settings.
Any suggestions?
