Out of nowhere between 2AM last night and 7AM this morning, Deluge stopped working and then wouldn't relaunch. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, reinstalling OLDER versions, compatibility, etc... No luck.
Discovered an old post on this forum that solved it for me:
1. Uninstall Deluge
2. Manually delete Deluge folder in Program Files (x86)
3. Manually delete C:/Users/<USER NAME>/AppData/Roaming/deluge/ (You may have to Show hidden files in "<user name>" to see "AppData".
Didn't have to reboot. Installed 1.3.12 and it's up and running fine. I'll stick with .12 for a little while.
For reference my Windows 10 build is 14393.222
