Torrent URLs, are they saved somewhere within system

Does Deluge keep the URLs/Torrent links on the computer once you delete torrent from Deluge after seeding for a while?
Another torrent program kept it in app data, roaming within windows. Deluge is empty. The other torrent file used up allot of space over time. Just want to be able to clean it up.

It will only save them if you set that option in the settings. Other than that it deletes them when you remove them.
