Automatically added torrents not downloading

Hello!

I am trying to set up an automated media server such as the one found in this guidebut I am running with a problem:

After setting up deluge and have it run with the webUI, having set up sonarr and couchpotato and making sure those two speak to deluge, I can't download anything that comes from them. I can tell sonarr/cp to find a specific show/movie, tell it to download it, and the torrent appears in my deluge screen, but the file is permanently in size:0.0KiB and it never connects to any seeder or peer.

Here's a picture of the status tab of one of them.

However, when I add a torrent, even if it's one of the torrents automatically added from sonarr, it will download it perfectly.

Am I missing a step or something? Has this happened to anyone before.

Are there any valid trackers for the torrent?

When I go into Options->Edit trackers I see this:

Well publicbt.com tracker is definitely dead now.
