Changing behaviour of torrents that cannot find save path?

I have an 4tb external hard drive of movies that I seed from. If the hard drive loses power or is disconnected all 500 torrents go into queue mode and 0.00%. This is incredibly frustrating since deluge now has to recheck them. How do you get deluge to put them into an error state when it cannot find the file and not try to 'redownload' them? This will help when I resume it and it can begin where it left off at 100% seeding.
