Deluge 1.3 Beta Build

I really really need the updates for the webui... Would someone be able to build the 1.3 master for me? I tried, but have never compiled on a windows machine. I have the build off of GIT... and python installed ... I don't have all the other dependencies and am lost now.

Little Help?
