Deluge-gtk on gtk 2.14.7

I cannot get Deluge 1.2.1 to run while gtk 2.14.7 is installed.

If I install gtk 2.16 it will function properly. The problem with this is that if I'm using 2.16, pidgin breaks and becomes basically worthless to me (copy paste bug in gtk 2.16 and up). I know this isn't Deluge's fault at all but here are my questions:

Is anyone successfully running Deluge-gtk on win7 with gtk+ 2.14.7?
If not:
Is it possible to have gtk 2.14.7 and 2.16 coexist at the same time? Have pidgin run off of 2.14.7 and have deluge run off of 2.16.
