Deluge downloading slow

Hi

I am using deluge bittorrent client. My bandwidth connection is 1 Mbps. when i am downloading a file using deluge it is downloading in 30KBps , but if i download the same file in WIndows mtorrent , it is downloading in 120KBps . Can any help me what settings i have to do to make the download speed to reach 120KBps.
