Now that 2.0.3 has been released, what will be done about Plugins, particularly Third Party Plugins.
I must have YaRSS2 so am I stuck on Deluge 1.3.15 or can this plugin be made to work with Deluge 2.0.3?

You could avoid the difficulty by using a SOCKS5 proxy with deluge instead of a VPN. PIA provides a proxy with all accounts.

You have already made a decision about where the docker is accessing files on the system outside the container (as given by the Container parameters :/downloads and :/config). Put the script in one of the corresponding Host paths.

A VPN connection itself is encrypted end to end regardless of Deluge's encryption setting.

What you want to do will be difficult because what you are looking for is inside the running container and you will have to make a custom docker image yourself. An easier way would be to install deluge as a regular package and force it to use a separately installed VPN or as I do, use a SOCKS5 proxy...
