Re: Getting constant "Checking 0.00%" and "Paused 0.00%" sta

Simply running deluge -L debug seems to have solved it. I don't think it's a permission issue because new torrents download just fine in that directory. Edit: If I quit Deluge (force quit because regular "Quit" freezes the application ), then it's stuck. Deluge simply won't quit. Just.. fr...

Getting constant "Checking 0.00%" and "Paused 0.00%" states

I'm using Arch Linux, everything up to date, latest deluge (1.3.2 and libtorrent 0.15.6.0). The problem: Pause -> Resume doesn't work. Pause -> Force Re-check doesn't work. Pause -> Force Re-check -> Resume doesn't work. And about every other combination I tried DOESN'T WORK ! Says " Paused 0.0...

"Quit" isn't working, "pkill deluge" isn't working

I just can't get Deluge to shut down !

I even tried:

Code: Select all

top
k
PID to kill: 1686
Kill PID 1686 with signal [15]: y
What is going on ?

I'm using Arch Linux, btw. Maybe I don't have authority or something... I've recently encountered an authority issue after updating udisks.

Re: Torrent status "7" and "7 0.00%" in 1.3.2 as well

I edited them with sudo leafpad [path] and this came up: There was an error stating the core component which is required to run Deluge in Classic Mode. Please see the details below for more information. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/deluge/ui/gtkui/gt...

Re: Torrent status "7" and "7 0.00%" in 1.3.2 as well

Really ? How ?

Edit:
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/deluge/core/torrent.py
/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/deluge/ui/gtkui/torrentview.py

Should I just edit these two or compile from source ?

http://k.min.us/iuA9a.png Client Version: 1.3.2 Libtorrent Version: 0.15.6.0 Arch Linux, everything up to date. I was actually looking forward to see if it was addressed because it was mentioned before: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=35951 The reason for this strange bug is...

Even better. A combination between "Checking 0.00%" and "7" ---> "7 0.00%"

(thought of combining this thread)

Core Version: 1.3.1
libtorrent version: 0.15.5.0
Arch Linux, everything up to date.

Re: Problems with accentuated characters

I've been running 1.3.1 with libtorrent 0.15.4.0 for a while now. No issues here. Even Japanese characters work so French probably won't be any issue. What filesystem are you using ? Check fstab and see if you have the download partition mounted with "utf8" or maybe something else (I perso...

Re: Rename a download folder

I was expecting something like this to be in the FAQ. And apparently it isn't. Go to the Files tab and double click the parent directory or any file you want. ;) It will also conveniently rename the entry from the torrent list. This is probably the most awesome feature of Deluge. And if you're using...

Re: Torrents disappeared after power loss

You probably shouldn't have been using ext2 in the first place because it doesn't support journaling. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Journaling_file_system Ext2 is good maybe for USB sticks so they don't theoretically "burn out" (flash storage has a limited write cycle)... Those I usually fo...
