Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer
@Mherz & @petersai Might I strongly suggest that petersai starts up a new thread on this installer that he is now maintaining and that mherz updates the first point to post there. If you guys need to continue communicating about hand-off issues it can be done here, but it is difficult to follow ...

Re: [Unofficial] Deluge 2.0.x installer.
I've been running your install using nssm and the "debug" binaries for a couple of months now, and am not aware of any problems. Was it OK when I installed, or are the problems actually quite subtle and maybe unimportant? Paul Paul - I'm not an expert on this, but here is my experience wi...

Re: Forcing all torrent traffic over specific ports (for VPN)
If your VPN service also offers a SOCKS5 proxy, you might consider using it directly within Deluge instead of the VPN. Yes I have been using it that way for a while. Unfortunately I was doing some test on figuring out why I was having slow traffic a while back and my force_proxy and anonymous_mode ...

Forcing all torrent traffic over specific ports (for VPN)
I have deluged running on a Windows box that is behind an Asuswrt-Merlin router configured with an openvpn client. I have gotten policy based rules routing so that I can route only specific ports from my deluge box out over the VPN, whereas everything else goes out over normal wan traffic. The probl...

Assistance with JSON/WebAPI
I'll preface this with saying I have a lot to learn about using python and JSON API. That being said I was able to cobble together some scripts today that support API calls to both couchpotato and sonarr. But, for the life of me I can't seem to script any proper connections to deluge (1.3.15). It ap...

Re: Why does Deluge stop seeding all torrents when "Checking" a file?
Hi, I think you figure out the problem, should be a disk IO issue. Considering you know the max IOPS/throughput of the concerned disk you can launch a perfmon during a torrent check to see if it hits the limits. A simple task manager > performance tab > resources monitor >disk can give you valuable...

Why does Deluge stop seeding all torrents when "Checking" a file?
This is with 1.3.14 on Windows 7 Pretty much what the titles says. I can be seeding out any number of torrents and as soon as I add a new one to seed and Deluge has to "check" the files before it begins seeding, all my other torrents rapidly begin to drop bandwidth until they are are almos...

Logging for connection history
I would like to keep a log of all connections made to/from my torrent client. It appears the logging in Deluge can only be enabled with the following from the command line: deluge -L <loglevel> -l <logfile> Is this correct? What is the lowest (least verbose) loglevel do I need to capture IP addresse...

Re: Can someone explain this aberrant upload behavior?
You could try using the ltconfig plugin to modify some settings or possibly try one of the presets. You will probably have to experiment to see what settings work best for you. I appreciate the effort - but that isn't much of a response. I really like the features of Deluge - but if basic performan...

Re: Can someone explain this aberrant upload behavior?
Any ideas folks? I experienced this again today - had two torrents seeding to a private tracker. One was going at about 250 KiB/s, the other was going at about 500 KiB/s. I decided to pause the second torrent to allow more bandwidth for the first one. As soon as I paused it, the transfer speeds on t...
