I thought the execute plug in was not working for 1.3.5(acording to your last post), but if it is, I would still have to write a script for it which I might be capable of if I dug deep in to the deluge source to figure out the variables, but I don;t have time. Well turns out deluge-console was being held back and a apt-get dist-upgrade did not work.
Also I found 1.3.5 is still in experimental.

I added the ppa to my sources list but it says the available version is1.3.1-2~lucid~ppa1? Not sure what you have done but I can assure you the latest version is 1.3.5 on PPA: https://launchpad.net/~deluge-team/+archive/ppa?field.series_filter=lucid Like I said I had accidentally upgraded to debian...

I had included the debian upsteam deluged init changes but it seems to cause issue so have removed it and pushed update to ppa Pushed update? I added the ppa to my sources list but it says the available version is1.3.1-2~lucid~ppa1? Also I added the Launchpad PPA exactly like it says on the Aqeeze ...

From the dpkg output you do not technically have 'deluge' installed, you have 'deluge-common', 'deluge-web' etc... So have you tried the regex switch for apt-show-versions: apt-show-versions -a -r deluge Thanks cas, I was tired and I think I was reading deluged as deluge. Hints my confusion. I trie...
