I resolved this issue by enabling all options in the AutoAdd plugin and setting the Add Paused and AutoManaged to "NO" in the QUEUE options. I could not connect Sonarr or CouchPotato directly to Deluge. I had to have both (Sonarr and CP) download the .torrent file to a Deluge AutoAdd watch...
