Just two cents on the issue, from memory, a long time ago, when i noticed that issue, i checked logs and git history to see what changed from 1.3.5, which works. I didn't identified any possible cause from deluge source code, so my bet is that the issue comes from the gtk packaging. I tried last wee...

Are you sure about that and it's not just coincidence, from time to time I notice it resets to default layout but not sure of the cause yet. I can't think of any 1.3.6 changes that would affect the column layout or storing in config. Pretty sure, just made a small reordering columns test in 1.3.5, ...

Are you sure you are using "Deluge.app.1.3.6-3.x86.tbz2" (3rd packaging)?
Or maybe these are logs of a previous version, because you should not get these error messages... strange.
