Maybe you're running an old .cmd file? I think we've changed to just using the .exes with the 1.3 final release.

You need to run the install portion as root.

It's likely a tracker in one of your torrents is pointing to 127.0.0.1. Check your trackers and check where their hostnames resolve to.

Yea, that's a bug I fixed in master, but I guess I forgot to apply it to 1.2-stable. I am releasing 1.2.3 with that fix in it.

Yea.. For some reason the installer didn't include libglade.dll and I'm not really sure as to why. I've rebuilt the installer and I am currently uploading it to our ftp: http://download.deluge-torrent.org/wind ... etup-2.exe
