I am using Deluge 1.3.15 on my SYNOLOGY NAS as server and the same version on my client, under Windows 10. My "download file allocation" was ALWAYS set to "Full" altough whenever I try to set file priority the options, sometimes they are greyed out on the windows client. On the s...
