This would be best done using a client script... or at least easiest, in my opinion.

That's a feature of the browser, and it's working as intended. Any framed webpage will exhibit the same behavior.

So, a plugin can do something like, for example, temporarily clear the list of trackers for a given torrent (cache them in the plugin) and modify the peer list? Looks like 1.3.2 isn't in the PPA anymore... bummer. No packages are ever deleted from Launchpad, so you can download any previous version: https://launchpad.net/~deluge-team/+archive/ppa/+packages?field.name_filter=&field.status_filter=superseded&field.series_filter= Oh... didn't catch tha...

Looks like 1.3.2 isn't in the PPA anymore... bummer.
I guess you'll have to install from source...

Make sure to pull down the 1.3.2 tag using git, besides that, hopefully the instructions are accurate and up-to-date!

This is definitely possible.
