I have ubuntu 9.10 and downloaded deluge from the software center. The version I downloaded is the 1.1.9 however I cant find the webui anywhere in the preferences? Do I need to download this as a plugin? Also I see the stable release is now 1.2 so how do I upgrade this and will the webui be installe...
