Re: Why my active port blocked

At preferences/options, on the left pane go to Network . Fill those fields with your desired port numbers and do the same for your router (if you haven't done that one already). I don't think there's any diffs in setting that up from what you can read about other clients at portforward.com? It's all...

Re: Connection Issues on the new Versions

Uhhh maybe loki's right on the money there.. :? Before we go any further, I trust that you're aware about this particular thingy? Especially on the part where it states; "A private tracker is a tracker which restricts who can use it, often by requiring registration of a user account." Unle...

Re: Connection Issues on the new Versions

My general rule of thumb are simple at situations like this. Revert back to whichever last or previous versions before the current RCs that works for you. I got up to RC7 so far and although that had somewhat reduced the apparent interface/operation lags and with no real dramatic crashes to speak of...

edit: you already said that : you're using vista, any non vista users with the same problem? Posted a couple of pages back Gonna confirm some of loki's findings though I'm running on Windows XP Pro SP3:- ~ The minute any connections are made (with or w/o daemon on) , a very distinctly obvious heft,...

Re: Deluge RC2 on Windows Vista Home Premium

Maybe carry over this post to here as a report? On my Win XP Pro SP3 comp, both RC1 and RC2 didn't exactly hit anywhere "smooth" when it comes to running though I can add torrents. Pretty odd your situation though.

Re: 1.0.0_RC1 (0.9.01) Released

I have no idea what you are trying to say here? How has it messed up connecting to trackers? My apologies..I should have probably relate it to "announcements" instead of "connecting to trackers".Well maybe it's just me in that sense but the 1st run right after install I kinda le...

Gonna confirm some of loki's findings though I'm running on Windows XP Pro SP3:- ~ The minute any connections are made (with or w/o daemon on) , a very distinctly obvious heft, clunk and interface lag starts along with it. A thing that was generally unheard of back at 0.5.9.x versions? ~ I'm gonna b...

Re: Sandvine has evolved

Well I'm no expert in the area but apparently there's a thread dedicated to Comcast' Sandvine approaches here at dslreports' forums. Should shed a better light at things. Looks like a pretty mean-ass tech they're applying as well.

Re: Deluge Theme changing

Maybe I can try to clear things up. (For Win XP or Vista users) 1. After you've extracted folders lib and share from the zip package into the designated C:\Program Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0 , look for the Theme Selector by going to Start > Programs > Gtk+ > Theme Selector 2. Be sure that both "...

Re: Deluge can't bypass throttle by tmnet anymore.

Take it from a guy cursed with the "FIXED" perma assignments of that 60.5x.x.x IP range... Deluge still is the best there is right now for me and everything else (utorrent, bitcomet, azureus, transmission etc etc.) except Xunlei can't move over 20kb/s dl and 15kb/s ul limits. And another p...
