Re: How to launch multiple instances?

You would want to know the reason for the slowdown, before you ran more instances. if, for example, X peers at Y speed causes it to slow down, then perhaps multiples all over this limit would slow you down, more. The usual reason for clients to have this issue is an overload of the disks to which yo...

Re: Prevent Windows 7 Sleep Mode

Isn't it simpler to just turn off sleep mode?

Re: Unable to start Deluge 1.3.1 even though I installed gtk

The other issue to add in to the list is to delete all application data from Deluge's folders in Windows before running the first time.

I could not get 1.3.1 to run, even a clean install, until I'd deleted the old appdata.

Deluge 1.3.0_RC1 Fails to run

This is common in Windows Ports, installs clean, runs... but fails to actually run, and the *.exe files disappear from the Task Manager after a second or two. Often, the solution has been to uninstall, and uninstall the GTK Runtime, and remove all material from the appdata folders, reboot, reinstall...

Re: user interface bugs

This is ongoing. When you start Deluge, if anything is paused, right click the Paused category. Select Pause, again. ;) Then, once you've manually paused, right click and select resume. You can do the same for any that are "checking." This has been an issue for some time, now. Everything's...

Re: Deluge 1.2.3 doesn't start (SOLVED)

Try a complete removal of deluge and gtk, including settings folders.

Then please rerun the installer.

Auto Add Folder

The auto add function failed to work for me, today. I usually have a watch folder where another application drops .torrent files. Today they did not add to Deluge. I changed the folder, enabled and disabled and reenabled the function, removed and re-added the .torrents. Nothing worked. Closing and r...

Re: Webui issue

The webui is using massive amounts of resources in the browsers I use to access it.

Running 390 files in deluge, and the browser runs 48-50% CPU (basically one cpu of a core 2 set up.)

Anyone else seeing large resource use on the interface?

As of this moment, installs perfectly from PPA.

Re: Install - uninstall 1.2.2?

You should also try running the installer as Administrator if neither of the above work. Right click the icon and select "Run as Administrator."
