Same here, 1.3.15 on synology and I cant change file priority

And it showed up after installing update of DSM

I had deluge installed, but it was ong ago. I've been replacing hard drives and had to setup synology from the scratch and cant seem to find a way to install deluge.
I have synocomunity and beta packages, but there's no deluge...

Any pointers?
