Is 2.0 Out Cas? its downloading an a big asre raid with fab read and write speeds.
Or is there an option in 1.3 using Itconfig to fix this?

Up and Down and Up and Down (Speed anyone else?)
Anyone else get speeds like this? Ive used deluge for many years and always had this. Is this normal? Im not hitting any upload limit or even close I just can not work it out.
