I am still having this issue, came back to it after having no patience for a few weeks and I follow everything to a T and still having the same issue.

I am using DuckieTV and Deluge WebUI on one system to download shows automatically. Unfortunately I am noticing I am getting Permission Denied in the folders I am trying to download the files too.
