Figured it out.. I failed to realize there were two plugin folders, one for the client and one for the daemon. Thanks

I did, I have tried both methods of installing. I have verified the egg files are in the plugins folder, but then I press "rescan plug-ins" they don't show up. :\

Deluge Won't See 3rd Party Plugins
I'm running Deluge 1.3.12 on Mint Linux 18.1 with Python 2.7, in a Virtual box on a Linux Mint server. The pre-installed plugins work fine, but deluge will not see any of the 3rd party plugins in the ~/.config/deluge/plugins folder. Everything I have been able to find refers to conflicts in python v...
