Re: Deluge causing disconnection

What I found to work, is this... As I said, ejecting did not change anything. Next, I disabled all non-hd drives as suggested. Doing so required a reboot. After boot, I re-enabled them. The issue still occurs, but now, the eject fix works just as described above. Yay!, thanks. Next, I tested the new...

Re: Deluge causing disconnection

Thank-you, for your response. I have: 1 real optical drive, a virtual optical drive, and some card thing that I have never used. They are all empty in the first place. I then used "eject" on all of them, but when I then opened Deluge, there was no change--dialogue still appears and does no...

Re: Deluge causing disconnection

Okay, it installed okay with the file in place.

When I open Deluge, a message appears and will not close: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1."

Re: Deluge causing disconnection

Not crazy. A good idea. Here is the result: I tried qBittorrent. I tested it for 2 days. When I disconnect VPN, turn kill switch off, ISP connects fine. Back when I tried the 2 next versions of Deluge after the one I use, they would not download anything. Apparently, the newest version now, does not...

Re: Deluge causing disconnection

Here is some additional information I have taken time to observe. It consists of 2 situations and the results: 1 Activate VPN kill switch. Connect to VPN Wait some hours. VPN and internet connection remain connected fine. Disconnect from VPN Deactivate VPN kill switch. Connect to ISP: success. 2 Act...

It comes simply set up to easily connect to its own server(s). There is a long list to choose from. The list downloads and displays in the software. Choose, connect, go.

Re: Deluge causing disconnection

1 Modem --Acknowledged. 2 VPN in Deluge --The Deluge version I have appears the same. What would go in this proxy? Would it be the IP address of the VPN server? --There is also a place to enter a port. Would that be the port the VPN uses? 3 Windows 7 --So far, I have not found any software that does...
