EDIT: I think I got this working by simply removing the trailing slash from the ProxyPass line of config mentioned in the wiki. I did a bunch of other stuff that I thought maybe did the trick, but then I undid all the other stuff and just removed the trailing slash, and it's still working. Try Proxy...
