Yes. The 1st screen is deluge, the second comes from the torrent tracker page? If positive with a Deluge counter above the torrent website, do you have options like DHT etc. enabled in preferences>network>network extras? If the torrent is marked as private (when making it) it should not be a problem...

The previous statement is right. To keep seeding you have to operate any file action from the Deluge console. You can with Deluge move files, rename, etc without impact if done from Deluge itself. This is true for any Torrent client About the reseed question you can keep the file in the final destin...

What output deluged -v ? This way w can confirm the binding with the libtorrent 1.1.4. The current package bing Deluge 1.3.15 to libtorrent 1.0.11, version above will be tested with Deluge 2.0 so far I know. The plugin uses Python 2.7 if I'm not wrong, will it not break anything?
