Re: Port problems

If you turn off the VPN (or proxy) then you must properly open a port to allow incoming connections or your downloads will crawl if they will download at all. So do what you must to have "Test Active Port" succeed. However, when you disable VPN or proxy and you open a port your public IP a...

Re: Port problems

"Test Active Port" will always fail if using a VPN or proxy. Opening ports when using a VPN or proxy is pointless, and solves nothing. Look elsewhere for the source of your problem and ask your VPN provider for help. If your VPN provider offers access to their Proxy (mine does), then try t...

Just a possibility, not a definitive answer, but many ISPs block port 8080 as it is used by commonly abused proxy servers. Try using another port.

Re: Creating a New Torrent

Once you select the folder and press the Open button the path to the folder should appear in the topmost box in the create torrent window.

Next you need to provide all of the rest of the information to define the torrent (Info, Trackers, etc.)

Once you press the Save button the torrent is created.

Re: I think Deluge isn't working due to my VPN?

When using a VPN or proxy, "No incoming connections" is normal. You must have some type of misconfiguration, but just saying that it does not work is not enough information to provide any help.
