Is this a new error or has it always done that? You can try uninstalling and removing the Program Files X86 folder as well as the USER_DATA folder and go for a clean install. I get this error when I try to open Deluge



When I try to torrent something nothing comes up for anything but the download speed and that doesn't even change.
