Hide Connection manager from WebUi

Changing WebUI theme
Hi Forum, I run deluge 1.3.6 on windows server 2012 and i really like it, my main connection to it is the WebUI, I see the UI a bit lacking in terms of customization and looks is there anyway to theme the interface?
