Solved by reverting to Random Ports

I, too, experience this defect, even when starting in paused state.
Installed version: 1.3.15 on Win 10 64-bit OS
libtorrent: deluge-1.3.15-py2.7
Also found #3027 closed bug (Fixed) On restart Deluge ignores "do not download"

Version 1.3.3 closes spontaneously in Mint LMDE (Debian)
When I go to delete a torrent, Deluge version 1.3.3 on Linux Mint LMDE 64-bit w/ MATE crashes and fails to delete the torrent. Happens reliably, 90% of the time. How may I collect the data to solve this?
