When I set a maximum upload speed of 5 kb/s for example, the maximum download speed will be 5 kb/s as well.

After 1-2 torrents that I check the "Set priority of first un-downloaded piece to High," it stops working. There's no 'unsocial warning' message' anymore. It seems I have to restart Deluge for it to work again.

Sorry. I was under the impression you could add a label later after the download had already started.
