Hi, When I select only one file out of a multi-file download, Deluge stops downloading at 99.99% of the file, or only downloads at less than 1KiB/s. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm using 1.3.6, and libtorrent: 0.15.10.0. Is this normal, if so why don't I see it in other torrent programs? Thanks.

I just installed Deluge on ubuntu for the first time, and I'm curious as to why it requires libgfortran3. It's not a problem, I have plenty of disk space, but I'm wondering why it's necessary?
