See, here's how it is. You spoiled me for years by filling that box in, in Ubuntu. So when I switched over to OSX to learn mac, that box was no longer filled in, in deluge, at least in mine. Fast forward to now where I apologize that the box was empty, state how silly I feel, then we can all move on...

When you try to enable blocklist in osx, it unchecks itself.
